Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Senior DevOps Engineer focusing on ZTNA & IAM, you will:
🔹 Lead ZTNA Automation
- Design, implement, and automate provisioning and management of Zero Trust Network Access solutions.
- Build codified workflows and IaC modules using Python, PowerShell, Terraform, and related tools.
🔹 Enable Secure Identity Integrations
- Integrate ZTNA with identity providers like Azure AD, Okta, or others using SSO/SAML, SCIM, and federation.
- Automate secure user/group lifecycle management.
🔹 Implement Policy-as-Code
- Define RBAC and least-privilege access.
- Build automated guardrails and compliance checks.
🔹 Build CI/CD Pipelines for IAM
- Maintain pipelines focused on IAM configurations, policies, and ZTNA workflows.
🔹 Security, Monitoring & Incident Response
- Monitor access patterns, audit logs, compliance deviations.
- Lead incident response and remediation for IAM-related events.
🔹 Collaboration & Mentorship
- Work closely with IAM, security, and DevOps teams.
- Mentor peers and standardize IAM best practices across the organization.

🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
🧠 Technical Expertise
- 5+ years of DevOps/automation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and other IaC tools.
- Advanced scripting in Python, PowerShell, and RESTful API integrations.
- CI/CD tools and infrastructure automation expertise.
🔐 Security & IAM Knowledge
- Hands-on experience with:
- SSO, SAML, SCIM, MFA
- RBAC and policy-as-code frameworks
- Identity platforms like Okta, Azure AD, Ping, Auth0, AWS IAM
- Knowledge of security solutions like:
- Zscaler
- Cloudflare Zero Trust
